Gable & Spandrel Panels Solutions

Gable panels are an offsite manufactured product. They provide an alternative method to the inner leaf of an exterior masonry wall at the gable end of a building and spandrel partition walls found centrally between semidetached and terraced properties.

A cost-effective alternative to blockwork, supplied with Simpson Strong-Tie gable panels connection.

The panels must be designed to comply with structural, thermal and fire resistance (where required) performance standards and current building standards and regulations. As gable wall spandrel panels do not separate habitable spaces acoustic requirements are not applicable.

A cost-effective alternative to blockwork party walls affording major Health and Safety benefits whilst offering considerable programme savings.

Supplied as fire and sound rated timber frame panels, made to the profile of the roof, they remove the need to build up masonry party walls into the roof space hence can save weeks on the programme. With built-in lifting straps, they are installed alongside the trusses to form a fully compliant dividing wall.
